Bill Gates Lost in Dutch Court — See His Own Videos Used As Evidence in COVID Shot Lawsuit

Two years ago today, a Dutch court rejected Bill Gates' bid to escape a COVID shot lawsuit and ordered him to pay the claimants' legal costs. Watch his own court filing, the ruling, and the two videos the lawsuit names, before Thursday's full hearing in Leeuwarden.

In February 2024, Gates' lawyers told the Northern Netherlands District Court it had no jurisdiction over him. On 16 October 2024 the court dismissed that claim, kept him in the case under Article 7(1) of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure, and ordered him to pay €1,406 in costs. In November 2025 it ordered the parties, natural persons in person, to be present at the hearing. Seven Dutch citizens brought the case, and it's reported two have died waiting for justice. They say 17 defendants, including Gates, Pfizer's Albert Bourla, former Prime Minister Mark Rutte and the Dutch State, misled them into the COVID shot. Every defendant denies it, and the court hasn't ruled.
