I am absolutely furious that I have been advised to take statins by my cardiologist Dr Joseph Tyrrell in Cape Town who insisted that I take cholesterol reducing Lipitor and atorvastatin. I complied with trust and felt all through the years of physical training how this noxious medication destroyed my muscle tone , libido, immunity, liver function and appetite.. This horrible medicine did far more damage to me then as i did not know better.. I tried reducing down to 10mg and that made a good improvement but i am furious that these bastards have made so much money out of me for this completely ineffective toxin.. I want compensation for 20 years of statin costs plus pain and suffering plus sickness and permanent damage.. these bastards must pay..
